Target Audience:
For those who wish to know more about managing people and also for existing managers who want to know more about effective people management tools they can use with their existing teams.
Outcome:
You will be introduced to first line people manager skills. At the end of this programme you will know what a people manager is like within Framework and learn what you need to do to help you develop.

HOMEWORK MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE NEXT SESSION.
