Topics covered include: What is Universal Credit? Who is it for? Which benefits it is replacing? Who has to claim? How assessed - including Monthly Assessment Periods? How calculated? The claiming process and how it is paid.
The Workshop will highlight the areas that customers can find difficult and offer practical solutions where possible.
