This is a Blended Learning course and involves an E-Learning module that will take 1-2 hours to complete and a 3 hour online Workshop.
This training aims to give the learners an in-depth understanding of the processes and guidelines around the Work Capability Assessment, starting with the first declaration of being unfit right through to if/when an element is awarded.
It will also examine how the system should work for claimants transitioning from ESA to UC and the impact this has on other areas of the claim.
Taking a look at problem areas and going away with tips and tactics to support claimants through this problematic area of Universal Credit.
