The aim of this training is to equip the learners with tips and tactics on appealing Work Capability Assessment decisions (ESA and UC) and PIP decisions.
Going through the process of appealing, how to prepare, using case law effectively, the learners will come away feeling confident to support their claimants in successfully appealing decisions.
