Induction Professional Boundaries is an Essential Skills Virtual or Face to Face learning event.
Aims of this training include:
- To encourage consideration of professional boundary issues in order to prepare you for possible scenarios
- To reduce the risk, and development, of damaging relationships or incidents occurring
- To promote an understanding of appropriate professional behaviour
- To understand how to express care, empathy and support in ways that build positive professional working relationships
- To look at what works and doesn’t work in a professional relationship
- To encourage you to familiarize yourself with the Code of Conduct
